communicate with the public and process transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-6-1-tuxedo-ticketing-platform\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.1 Tuxedo ticketing platform<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">H\u00e9ritage Montr\u00e9al uses <strong>Tuxedo<\/strong>, a Groupe iCible solution, for ticket sales and the management of certain activity registrations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During a transaction, Tuxedo may process information required for the purchase, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>your name and contact information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the selected tickets or activities;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>billing information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>the amount and status of the transaction;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>information required to process the payment;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>information relating to a cancellation or refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Information relating to your registration or purchase is made available to H\u00e9ritage Montr\u00e9al so that we can manage your reservation and provide the requested service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tuxedo\u2019s practices are also class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">H\u00e9ritage Montr\u00e9al uses <strong>Prodon<\/strong>, software developed by <strong>Logilys<\/strong>, to manage:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>donations and fundraising campaigns;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>donor records;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>memberships and member records;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>receipt production;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>communication preferences;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>certain communications and follow-up activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Donation, membership or renewal forms may be hosted on <strong>JeDonneEnLigne<\/strong>, also operated by Logilys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Information submitted through these forms may be added to the corresponding record in Prodon in order to process the transaction, issue a receipt and manage your relationship with H\u00e9ritage Montr\u00e9al.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-6-3-stripe\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.3 Stripe<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">H\u00e9ritage Montr\u00e9al uses <strong>Stripe<\/strong> to process certain online payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of a transaction, Stripe may process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>your name and contact information;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>your billing or shipping
