We are pleased to be able to count on their contributions and look forward to building the future together.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n Andria Carosielli<\/strong> leads the Carosielli Group, a family-owned business specializing in the restoration and conversion of historic buildings into event venues. Together with her family, she continues the work begun with the Rialto Theater, which was acquired in 2010 and restored to its original splendor. Guided by this vision, the group has also developed the St-James Theater and the Cartier Theater, helping to showcase these iconic Montreal landmarks and repurpose them as cultural and event venues.<\/p>\n\n\n\nRon Rayside<\/strong> has been a licensed architect since 1972 and is a senior partner at Rayside Labossi\u00e8re Architects. A resident of the Centre-Sud neighborhood for nearly 40 years, he is known for his commitment to \u201csocial urbanism,\u201d which focuses on transforming living environments and addressing the needs of communities. Deeply involved in the social development of Montreal\u2019s downtown neighborhoods, he has served on numerous boards of directors and has been collaborating for several decades with community, environmental, and health organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\nAnne-Marie Sigouin<\/strong> served as a city councilor in the Sud-Ouest borough from 2013 to 2025. Before entering politics, she was already active in her neighborhood, notably through the Table de concertation and the Saint-Paul\u2013\u00c9mard Historical Society. With a background in art history and experience at the Canadian Centre for Architecture, she is particularly interested in the preservation of built heritage, quality of life in neighborhoods, and the transformation of existing buildings for the benefit of communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\nH\u00e9ritage Montr\u00e9al is delighted to welcome the new members of its Board of Directors. Their expertise, energy, and commitment will help advance our mission to protect and promote Montr\u00e9al\u2019s heritage.
