Visite Entretien for the Next Generation: Former couvent des Franciscains

Currently vacant, the iconic Franciscan Convent is set to undergo major transformations as part of a site redevelopment led jointly by Société immobilière d’Entremise and real estate group Prével. A landmark in Rosemont’s urban landscape, the building offers an opportunity for an open and adaptive approach rooted in the neighbourhood’s needs and attentive to the preservation of its heritage character. Entremise’s project notably aims to secure affordable spaces in perpetuity and support the emergence of a mixed and inclusive living environment. This unique visit invites you to explore the heart of this ongoing requalification and learn more about the approaches guiding the site’s adaptation, as work is expected to begin within the coming year.

The 90-minute visit, beginning at 6:30 p.m., will be led by Olivera Neskovic, Architect and Co-Executive Director at Entremise. A meeting with members of the CORE team will follow the activity.
