Visits Entretiens

The Visits Entretiens offer a unique opportunity to explore repurposed heritage sites alongside key figures involved in their preservation and transformation. Designed to be interactive and transparent, these visits provide insight into the challenges and successes of requalifying heritage buildings, sharing industry knowledge with the next generation.

Since the launch of this initiative, the following sites have been visited: Crew Collective & Café, Projet Young, Station no.1 Housing Cooperative, Bâtiment 7, Verdun Auditorium, STM Towers Ventilation Station, Cité-des-Hospitalières, Théâtre Paradoxe, and the Ateliers de la transition socio-écologique (ATSE).

Charrette – Ideation Competition

The Next Generation Committee’s charrette aims to highlight a vulnerable heritage site and propose requalification scenarios that adhere to the principles of excellence promoted by Héritage Montréal. This multidisciplinary ideation exercise has only one constraint: respecting heritage.
