The 2018–2019 season kicks off with the launch of Projet Young – Laboratoire transitoire, the first pilot project for the temporary use of a vacant building.
Philémon Gravel from Entremise will be on site to showcase this space, which has been temporarily repurposed to be shared among twenty cultural and community organizations, artists, and social entrepreneurs for 22 months.
As part of the second season of the Entretiens tours, Héritage Montréal’s Next Generation committee invites students to explore recent projects involving the adaptive reuse of heritage buildings in Montreal.
Through guided tours led by the people behind these projects, participants will discover the beauty and potential for reinvention of these spaces, which are being repurposed for new uses.
